7. Payment Terms, Refunds & Cancellations
Payments: All fees must be paid in full before we process your application.
Refunds:

If we have not yet begun processing your order, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment.

If processing has started, refunds may be partial to cover the work already performed.

Government fees are non-refundable once submitted to the authority.

We will begin processing your order upon payment confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates only and depend on the accuracy of your information and government processing times. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties.

If you discover an error in your completed application that was caused by our mistake, we will correct it at no extra cost. However, if the error results from incorrect information you provided, additional fees may apply for the correction.
